Şükrü Yıldız

Prof. Dr. Şükrü Yıldız was born in Nevşehir in 1964. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1987, completed his Master's degree in Private Law at Marmara University and his PhD at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Private Law. He became Associate Professor in 2002 and Professor in 2007. His Master's thesis is titled "Cancellation of General Assembly Decisions in Joint Stock Companies in accordance with the provisions of the TCC", his PhD thesis is titled "The Right to Purchase New Shares in Joint Stock Companies", his Associate Professorship thesis is titled "Equal Treatment Principle in terms of Shareholders in Joint Stock Companies", and his Professorship Presentation Thesis is titled "Limited Liability Company Law in accordance with the Draft TCC". He has published articles and published papers in many areas of Private Law and Commercial Law. In addition to his many articles, Prof. Dr. Şükrü Yıldız's works titled "Expert Reports and Legal Opinions", "Equal Treatment Principle", "Limited Liability Company Law (1998-2007)", "Legal Opinions -2 (1998-2007)", "Right to Purchase New Shares in Joint Stock Company", "Cancellation of General Assembly Decisions in Joint Stock Company According to the TCC", "Published Council Directives of the European Union on Company Law" have also been published.
